Flarewire has stated that it is unlikely the mod will be updated outside of bug fixes. The idea for the gimmick in Boo Blitz was based on a tweet made by Fabs showcasing a mod of Expurgation that had Boyfriend walking around the stage to avoid Tricky's attacks.Sonic and Tails' voices in Cross Console Clash are directly taken from Tails Gets Trolled, albeit bitcrushed. Also, the chromatics for Sonic and Tails are not included in the main download but are on the GitHub page. All of the chromatic scales are hidden in the game's files except Bob-Omb’s due to the project file for Hop-Hop Heights being corrupted. This is a reference to a common nickname for Super Mario Maker levels that have wildly jumbled designs with random parts being placed haphazardly likely due to the unoriginality of the “Little Timmy” that probably made it.
